Let the total ridiculousness begin.

I am on my way to E3. I will have my iPad in tow to let some unsuspecting people play some new Robotube Games. After that, I will probably eat food and drink wine. Of course, now that Robotube is attached to Gaijin Games like a weird barnacle or a nerble, we’ll all be enjoying the circus together like one big, freaky family. Like the kind that leaves a broken toilet on the front lawn for 5 months.

UH OH….LOOK WHAT JUST HAPPENED!

Robotube Games has just officially been acquired by Gaijin Games. That’s right, folks. The people that brought you such things as Blokotnik, Zyrx, chocolate cake and electricity has just been acquired by the people you know and love for the BIT.TRIP series on WiiWare, iOS, Mac and PC. Watch for more news on this, with traffic and weather on the hour, at GDC next week.

HAY GUIZE! It was KILLING me to not share this BIT.TRIP FATE trailer with you the moment I got it, but I was under strict orders from Almighty Gaijin to wait until they unveiled it at PAX10…and NOW THEY HAVE! Look for Mr. Robotube to pop-in at around :27 seconds…but you won’t see him in action in this video! That means….MORE TO COME!!

Seriously…how rad is this game? It’s getting ridiculous now how incredible this series is. I mean, it’s almost making my angry how awesome it is.

Bloktonik + Bit Shifter = YOU DANCE NOW.

I am really excited to let you know that the musical stylings of Bit Shifter will be featured in Bloktonik for iPad! As if blocks coming from 4 sides wasn’t enough, now you have to be rocking out while you try to make sense of all that.

To me, there is nothing quite as audibly whimsical and deliciously sweet-tart as a finely engineered electronic music score. And for those who are frequently serenaded by the squares, saws and sines of chiptunes, they know there is an elite pantheon of composers which undoubtedly and invariably includes Bit Shifter.

Go get familiar with Bit Shifter. His music is something to behold.

Because you guys are awesome, I think I owe it to you to be upfront even when news is less than awesome. And this news is kind of shitty!

I’ve gotten a lot of emails asking where Bloktonik Wii is…and I hate to say it, Bloktonik WiiWare will not be dropping in 2010. I’m sorry.

Don’t give up hope! If we can get Blokotnik on your console of choice quicker, we will. Bloktonik on other platforms is still coming!

Gaijin Games’ have finally announced the name of the next installment in their award-winning and ground breaking BIT.TRIP series. And it is FATE.

We’re ALWAYS excited about a new BIT.TRIP game, but we’re a little extra excited about this one, because it will feature none other than our own Mr. Robotube! This game will mark the first actual console appearance of Mr. Robotube ever.
